Each program includes the following: 30 minute consultation, weekly in-person meetings or phone calls, nutritional information and grocery store tour, guidance, accountability, and article/book/podcast recommendations personally based on individuals needs.
1 Month program includes: 1 60minute Personal Training session ($70 value!) and 1 60minute Massage ($80 value!)
2 Month program includes: 2 45minute Personal Training sessions ($110 value!) and 1 60minute Massage ($80 value!)
3 Month program includes: 3 30minute Personal Training sessions ($120 value!) and 2 60minute Massages ($160value!)
