Andrea believes in balance and utilizes her expertise to help her clients find that. Through listening to the body and communication, she has a collaborative approach of reaching the specific goals of her clients. She combines her background in health and fitness along with her massage education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. She enjoys being able to educate her clients on the importance of strengthening and taking care of their bodies, and loves being able to intertwine the two worlds of fitness and self-care.
Andrea is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) with specializations in fitness nutrition, corrective exercise, and pre/post natal fitness. She has a passion for helping others and has worked with many individuals at top fitness facilities including the Under Armour Performance Center.
